Joe Kirchhof is a Brooklyn, New York, based web developer. He has experience in server-side programming as well as developing innovative and user-friendly web interfaces. He holds a Masters in American Studies from Columbia University, where he works at the Institute for the Study of Human Rights, and a Bachelors in Cultural Studies and Political Science from the University of Minnesota. He previously worked at Amnesty International in Chicago.
